In this thematic scope the partners of the CEC5 work on the know-how diffusion and the proof of the feasibility and the establishment of near-zero energy demand concepts in the operating environments of constructors, owners and users.

To achieve this, the course materials are developed for the appropriate training. The content for the 4 study books has been defined and it comprises the follwoing topics:

1. CESBA for new buildings (translated into DE, IT, PL, SI, SK, CZ, HU)

2. CESBA for Existing Buildings (translated into DE, IT, PL, SI, SK, CZ, HU)

3. CESBA for Cultural Heritage Buildings.

4. GUIDELINES on software of CESBA assessments.

The trainings will be organized by partners to educate professionals and low emission / passive buildings users as to their specifics and to the need of assessment and careful planning. The focus will be on the tool that has been elaborated on within the CEC5 initiative, namely the CESBA  tool. In order to prove the need for low emission high quality buildings and to see how the CESBA tool works in practice, partners are building / modernising their demonstration buildings. The demonstration investments are ongoing - the opening of floor module 3 is ready for Vorarlberg with the exhibition held on the 20.06.2013. Vysocina In Lidman started the construction of the buildings with some minor changes to design yet with no effects on energy efficiency.
